Teriyaki Tofu with Rice
– 200g Veggie-mix (Chinese)
– 50g Rice (meausre uncooked)
– ½ tablespoon Olive Oil
– 4 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
– 100g Tofu
– 1 medium Egg
1. Prepare the rice according to package.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the tofu for 6 minutes over medium heat. Add the wok vegetable mix, egg and teriyaki wok sauce for the last 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Serve on a plate with the rice.
Tip: Delicious with sriracha.
