Champignon pizza with (plantbased) chicken
Ingredients for 1 person:
– 2 tbsp Italian herbs, dried
– ½ can of tomato paste
– 50 g Tomato sauce (passata)
– ½ Onion
– 1 Cauliflower pizza base (Magioni)
– 60 g Mushrooms
– 50 g Vegetarian chicken pieces
– 3 tbsp grated cheese
– 1 tbsp curry ketchup
1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
2. Cut the onion into rings and the mushrooms into slices. Place cauliflower pizza base in the oven for 2 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste, tomato sauce and Italian herbs, with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove the cauliflower pizza base from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, top with vegetarian chicken pieces, onion, mushrooms, curry ketchup and grated cheese, and heat in the oven for a further 8 minutes.
Tip: Delicious with freshly cut basil and/or sriracha sauce.
